Coin Market Manager's latest product has catalyzed remarkable growth since Hyperliquid's debut, resulting in a substantial increase in transactions and user engagement. At its peak, trading volume exceeded $3.4 billion, underscoring the necessity for a comprehensive financial analytics tool to assist traders in navigating decentralized networks. With a user base surpassing 1.2 million, there is an urgent demand for tools that can distill and interpret transaction data, providing users with insights into on-chain activities.
The current solutions fall short, offering overly complex information without a guided experience, making it difficult for users to act on the data. In collaboration with the co-founder, we design and developed a financial analytics tool that empowers users to understand transactions, track performance, analyze market sentiment, and monitor builder revenue on one of the fastest-growing networks in the crypto space.

Transactions in decentralized finance are accessible to everyone. Anyone can visit Etherscan to see which wallet made a transaction.
However, this information is quite basic. While you can see the value, the details behind it are hidden in the contract. As a result, transactions are only fully understood by the two parties involved, making it difficult to track the trail, type, and completion time of transactions.
Our goal is to make sense of the money traded on decentralized exchanges. Instead of merely displaying information, we aim to transform it into actionable insights, helping users understand the reasons behind each transaction. This empowers them to be more informed about on-chain activities.
Since February 2021, I have led the design team, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and founders to revamp the brand and user experience.

After a few interviews, guerrilla user tests, and listening to our customer support team. We collected a few very data of users voicing out their thoughts and experience of the app. We found a similar pattern.
